New exam, CTAL-TAE, Test Automation Engineering
SSTB can now offer an examination CTAL-TAE v2.0, Test Automation Engineering. It is a
comprehensive update and rewrite of the earlier CT-TAE release from 2016.
Content has been significantly improved for the Test Automation Engineer role, while
strategic content has been moved to a new ISTQB® Test Automation Strategy Syllabus v1.0 (CT-TAS v1.0).

Examination for the former CT-TAE, Test Automation Engineer will exist in parallel until beginning of 2025.
Examination for TAS will be offered later.
