SSTB can now offer examination for Foundation Level 2018

As a continuation of previous news, where the ISTQB Syllabus was presented, SSTB can now offer Examination for FL 2018 in Swedish and English in parallel with FL 2011.
The exam is the same as for today's Foundation Level, FL 2011. 40 questions, 26 pints for pass. One hour plus 15 minutes extra for non-native speakers. One difference is that some questions may be "choose two out of five options".
SSTB will continue to offer exams for FL 2011 in parallel with FL 2018. After 2019-06-04, exams for FL 2011 in English is not possible, and after 2019-11-04 the same in Swedish. After these dates, only FL 2018 is offered.
Since an ISTQB certificate is lifelong and both FL 2011 and FL 2018 are equivalent, there is no need to renew your certificate in the belief that it has become too old. It still has the same value in combination with professional activities.

Currently we have a Syllabus in English for FL 2018 länk and accredited courses with English material will soon be offered by accredited training providers. Kursplan FL2018 (Swedish) is coming soon, and accredited course holders with Swedish material will then begin their preparations for an updated course. Meanwhile, they offer courses in FL 2011.
